Objectives of the Cultural Exchange Fund
main objective:
The main objective for the Cultural Exchange Fund is to intensify social and economic coherence in European Economic Area through activities in cultural exchange area between Poland and donor countries:Norway, Island, Liechtenstein. Financing of common projects serves to fruitful and long-lasting co-operation between countries.
particular objectives:
The particular objectives for the Cultural Exchange Fund are:
promotion cultural cooperation between Poland and Donor States in: visual art, music, literature, folk culture, culture-managing and project about documentation, promotion and protection of cultural heritage. We are planning to organize project on base of the INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF THEATRE AND VISUAL ARTS ZDARZENIA TCZEW-EUROPE and artistic workshops, which will consolidate cultural cooperation between Poland and Island, Liechtenstein, Norway. [from September 2008 to March 2010]
Expected PARTNERS ACTIVITIES in the project:
•participating in two edition of INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF THEATRE AND VISUAL ARTS ZDARZENIA TCZEW-EUROPE [September 2009 and september 2010] Partners delegate artistic/theatre/music group,
•participating and coorganizing artistic workshops during 10th jubilee edition od Festival Zdarzenia in September 2009,
•recruiting workshops participants from Partner's area,
•putting information about project on Partner's website,
•contact with coordinator of the project,
Any Partner participating in the implementation of a project should meet the following requirements:
•originates from Donar States (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway);
•its participations in a project is reasonable and accompanied by a letter of intent or a partner agreement;
•does not draw profits from the participations in the project;
•belongs to a group of applicants.
Type of cooperated institutions:
Legal persons:
•local self-government entities and their associations,
•public cultural institutions,
•public schools and academies of fine arts,
state archives,
•non-governmental organisations active in the field of culture.
Individuals:
• artists, authors, cultural animators, directed by one of listed above subjects.
Partners don't have to bring their own contribution to the project but they can bring in-kind contribution to realization.
The leader of project fund all activities during realization either fee of coordinatoors, specialists and translators.
When project will be approve and leader will sign a contract with FWK we prepare separately contract with details of cooperation.
